Susank Capital, a capital investment company, has worked with TankGirl Marketing for over 7 years. Our tenured relationship has largely been attributed to the close relationship Deirdre shares with Dave Susank, President of Susank Capital.

At the start of summer, SC Builders reached out to TankGirl requesting a proposal template with the goal of enhancing their pursuits visually and providing efficiency when producing proposals. We worked closely with the marketing and technical teams at SC Builders to create and design the most user-friendly template.

LGE Design Build is a premier design-build construction firm based in Phoenix with an industry-leading reputation built on 26 years of experience. For over 1,200 completed projects, the LGE team has delivered award-winning designs with unmatched integrity and craftsmanship. We had the pleasure of being approached by LGE last year with the hopes of collaborating to create a visually stunning marketing book that could be easily transported through various client meetings. Their goal with this book was to highlight their unique process in which they manage projects, showcase their amazing work along the way, and create a sales tool for their seller-doers.

Coreslab Structures is a leader in precast, prestressed concreate solutions. They have offices across the nation. TankGirl has worked with Coreslab Structures for years providing graphic support for their advertising campaigns. Since the start of 2020, TankGirl has developed 5 ads for Coreslab.

FM Group, Inc. is an architecture firm with a focus on due diligence, environmental, national roll-out, and wireless projects. TankGirl provided graphic design services for FM Group for an advertisement in a program package for a national conference, with less than a week to finalize and produce.

Strategic Plans

PCL has a proven 110 year reputation as a construction leader: a strong, reliable, and successful contractor whose employee-owners pride themselves on delivering a quality product and exceptional services to our clients. Their core markets are diversified to include renovations, commercial buildings, office, mixed-use, residential, and retail. Since April 2020, TankGirl has worked with PCL’s Denver office to produce six proposals for vertical construction projects in both the private and public sectors, including a large design-build pursuit.

Strategic Plans

Kiewit is a nation-wide employee-owned engineering firm specializing in building, industrial, mining, oil, gas, and chemical, power, transportation, and water/wastewater projects. Kiewit enlisted the TankGirl army to assist with strategy, writing, content development, graphic design, and production of two design-build SOQs for Tennessee Department of Transportation. Kiewit was shortlisted and invited to provided technical proposals for both projects.

As the firm matured, TankGirl Marketing was enlisted to bring a more established, refreshed look to Susank Capital. We accomplished this by updating their logo, brand, and business systems and refreshing their website. We also helped them build more business through a targeted e-marketing campaign.

PROPOSALS

In early summer 2020, Granite’s Northern California office contacted TankGirl requesting a new proposal design template. This template would be used for their future SOQ’s similar in nature. Their existing proposal design was outdated and crowded. The proposal was 35+ pages with a mix of 8.5×11 portrait sheets and 11×17 landscape sheets. The new proposal template includes modern elements, a blend of brands, and a cohesive look and feel throughout all pages.
