SC Builders, Inc. is a mid-sized, financially solid, commercial general contractor with offices in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. They are passionate about building innovative projects, long-term client relationships, and thriving careers.
At the start of summer, SC Builders reached out to TankGirl requesting a proposal template with the goal of enhancing their pursuits visually and providing efficiency when producing proposals. We worked closely with the marketing and technical teams at SC Builders to create and design the most user-friendly template.
The template includes a few cover options, tab designs, resumes, project pages, and general approach pages. In this process we also built a custom CC Library for all things SC Builders.
The TankGirl team rocks. From project kick-off to design exploration to delivery and edits, my experience was excellent. They offer well-honed expertise and act as true advisors. They asked the right questions to understand the project and its real objectives, and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. The final design of our new proposal and interview templates was bold and energetic, and communicated our culture and people well. They were organized, very responsive, receptive and fair when responding to critique, and came to the table with practical solutions to achieve not just our design objectives but also to ensure the template worked within our internal proposal process and needs. They were also just extremely likable and enjoyable to work with.
I also really appreciated that they were willing to share expertise about other aspects of my department and processes, even though it wasn’t directly related to our current scope. Each TankGirl team member brings their own expertise and special touch. They were all willing to listen and answer questions, and all of their advice was valuable.
